After having my babies, finding the right fitness routine that truly supported my postpartum journey felt like an uphill battle. Ive tried different gyms, various classes, and pursued pelvic floor physiotherapy. Yet, I kept feeling like I was stuck in a cycle of injury and regression. It was frustrating and discouraging. Then I started working with Emily and haven’t looked back! From day one she’s proven to me that she just gets it. She’s impressed me with her knowledge of postpartum fitness and her ability to quickly adapt exercises to suit my body’s needs. Every session feels good, with a focus on progression rather than just pushing harder. The personalized attention she gives makes all the difference. Instead of feeling like I am undoing the work I’d put into recovery, I am finally moving forward. Emily has helped me rebuild my strength and confidence in my self.
