Hi, I'm Emily Dillon, a Certified Personal Trainer and Pre and Postnatal Fitness Coach. My passion for health, fitness, and wellness has been a driving force for me for years. After becoming a mother to twins, my perspective on fitness changed, inspiring me to help women and mothers on their wellness journey. I've been working as a personal trainer for the past 2 years, and I understand the challenges of balancing family, career, and fitness.

 

 I offer a range of services for women, with a particular emphasis on those aged 35 and above. From personalized one-on-one training to small group fitness sessions and specialized postnatal programs, I am dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, enhance overall fitness, strengthen your pelvic floor, or navigate through the stages of menopause, I am here to support you.

Pre and Postnatal Fitness Coaching to support and guide you through a safe, effective, and empowering fitness journey before, during, and after pregnancy. Whether you're preparing your body for childbirth or recovering post-delivery, I specialize in creating personalized workout plans tailored to your unique needs and goals.

 

My approach focuses on core stability, improving posture, and reducing discomfort, all while nurturing a strong, balanced connection with your body throughout this transformative period.

 

After having my babies, finding the right fitness routine that truly supported my postpartum journey felt like an uphill battle. Ive tried different gyms, various classes, and pursued pelvic floor physiotherapy. Yet, I kept feeling like I was stuck in a cycle of injury and regression. It was frustrating and discouraging. Then I started working with Emily and haven’t looked back! From day one she’s proven to me that she just gets it. She’s impressed me with her knowledge of postpartum fitness and her ability to quickly adapt exercises to suit my body’s needs. Every session feels good, with a focus on progression rather than just pushing harder. The personalized attention she gives makes all the difference. Instead of feeling like I am undoing the work I’d put into recovery, I am finally moving forward. Emily has helped me rebuild my strength and confidence in my self. I’m so grateful for her guidance and expertise. I can’t recommend her enough to any moms out there looking for a supportive and effective path to feeling their best again.
